The Blanc de Noirs from Bodega Vulcano de Lanzarote is steely white in color, which becomes glyceric on the palate and in which its notes of red fruits stand out. It highlights the minerality typical of this variety and, above all, the volcanic soil of La Geria, where the grape with which 100% black listán is made comes from.
Variety: 100% Listan negro. Limited production of 3,000 75Cl Bottles.
