Color: Amarillo pajizo brillante.

Aromas: Mature orange fruit, notably spicy black pepper, cloves and toasted also highlighting nuts such as hazelnut and almond. Rested in a 100% French oak wine barrel.

Food pairing: A good companion of canard foie, strong cheeses, smoked fish and stews also.

Aromas: Fruity aroma like fig and papaya. Sweet and unctuous.

Color: Intense bright Cherry.

Aromas: Red fruit and Raspberry aroma. Long lasting and pleasant.

Food pairing: Ideal with fish, white meat soft sauces, rice and pasta.

Muscat Sweet Wine – Vulcano Dolce

Color: Amber bright.

Aromas: Figs, lychee, vanilla, hazelnut and honey-like aroma. Unctuous and velvety. Sweet and elegant.

Food pairing: Ideally with all kinds of desserts, pates, “foies” and cheeses specially with semi-hard or hard cheese, etc.
