Visual: Straw yellow wine with golden rims. Fine and abundant tears

On the nose it has a high intensity of aromas of white stone fruit such as nectarine, medlar. Subtle notes of citrus fruit such as lemon, orange peel and guava.

It also presents aromas of pastries, bread dough and puff pastry, typical of aging on lees.

On the palate it is a dry, fresh and balanced wine. White fruit notes, citrus and secondary aromas continue to predominate. To highlight mineral and spicy notes. Structured wine, with a medium-high body and a slightly bitter finish typical of the volcanic malvasia.

Recommended to accompany grilled or baked fish. Fresh and semi-cured cheeses
